  • All studio sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system or approved by studio management.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking. Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.
  • All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional time beyond the booked session is subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit or session fee. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the suspension of booking privileges.

  • Unauthorized recording or photography of other clients, staff, or sessions is prohibited.
  • Studio management reserves the right to end any session immediately for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original musical compositions and lyrics. Hit House Detroit Inc. retains ownership of any studio-produced recordings, stems, mixes, or masters until full payment for services has been received.
